JH COLLECTIBLES

In 1945, the Ross family formed Junior House, Inc., which made school uniforms for girls and women. The company changed its name to JH Collectibles to successfully expand its marketing presence. Its fashion line also expanded into women’s sportswear and other apparel. The company fell on hard times in the 1990’s as a result of a downturn in the fashion industry. When competitors began encroaching on the company’s now famous name and mark, Attorney Sokol defended the scope of its U.S. Registration No. 1,329,680 for JH COLLECTIBLES for feminine apparel, namely, t-shirts, shirts, blouses, sweaters, pants, shorts, culottes, knickers, pantsuits, scarves, skirts, hats, vests, jackets, coats, dresses, jumpsuits, capes and halters.
