Common law trademark infringement of POWERNAILER mark Flooring nails driven in place with power tools.  S.T.O. stopped selling infringing nails. Powernailer owns U.S. Registration No. 1,178,121 for POWERNAILER for its hand-held, manually operated tool for driving nails into flooring.
